Returns Policy

You can return what you bought from HydroHub within 14 days of receiving it (or collecting it at our store).

What can be returned

• The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase (your order number).
• For safety reasons, chemical products that have been opened cannot be returned.
• Sale items can only be returned if they are defective.

Defective or wrong products

If a product arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, write to us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund it, and we cover the return.

How to return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the products you want to return.
2. Bring the products to our store (Kita Abashidze 6, Tbilisi, Monday to Saturday 10:00-18:00) or send them there.
3. Unless the product is defective or wrong, the cost of sending it back is yours.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the products we confirm the refund by email. We refund the amount paid, to the same card, within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear on your account. Delivery fees are not refunded unless the product was defective or wrong.
