1. Who we are

2. Who can buy

Our products are sold to customers in Georgia. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and allowed to make the purchase.

3. Products and prices

  • We describe every product as accurately as we can. Photos are for guidance.
  • Prices are in Georgian lari (₾) and include VAT.
  • We may change prices, products or availability at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

4. Orders and payment

  • You can order online at any time.
  • You pay by card on a secure payment page. We never see or store your card details.
  • Your order is confirmed once the payment is accepted; you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
  • We may cancel an order (for example if a product is no longer available or the price shown was clearly wrong). If we do, we refund the full amount paid.

5. Delivery and pickup

  • Delivery: we deliver throughout Georgia. The delivery fee is shown before you pay; orders above the amount shown on the website are delivered free of charge. Delivery times depend on the location and on stock, and are an estimate.
  • Pickup: you can collect your order at our store, Kita Abashidze 6, Tbilisi (Monday to Saturday, 10:00-18:00), free of charge.
  • We email you when your order is on its way or ready to collect.

7. Use of chemical products

Our chemical products are intended only for the treatment and maintenance of swimming pools. Read the label and the instructions before use and keep them out of the reach of children. We are not responsible for misuse or improper handling.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or of this website, to the extent permitted by law. This does not limit your rights as a consumer.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Georgia.
